Leeds Book and Ephemera Fair

Thank you to everyone who came to Leeds Book Fair on May 6th. The winner of the quiz was Penny Brown. I think her name has been mentioned before!

At the next fair there will be an addition to our usual stock, as we are opening an ephemera room. This will be situated in the room behind the stage and access will be through the double doors at the back of the stage.

It was great to have St Gemma’s Hospice represented at the fair and Nikki Brooksbank has asked me to remind everyone that they will be holding their own book fair at the hospice on Sunday 17th June. The address is 329 Harrogate Road, Moortown, Leeds, LS17 6QD. In addition to books to buy, there will be storytelling for children, and a “Poetree” competition. So if you feel like a break from the Olympic games, please support Leeds Book Fair on Sunday 5th August.
